2019 Wilson Homes Western Tiers Cycle Challenge

On Sunday March 24th we were thrilled to see the sun shining for the 2019 Wilson Homes Western Tiers Cycle Challenge , a fully escorted cycling event leaving from Prospect Vale Park, Launceston, winding through the beautiful Meander Valley, Tasmania.

Just under 300 cyclists took part in the five rides, which range from a social 24km ride to a 140km ride for the experienced - plus there are teams events!

We are thrilled to share that the day raised more than $10,000 being raised for New Horizons which is a fabulous result!

New Horizons are an organisation which encourages people with all forms of disability to participate in sport and recreation activities. Incredibly, New Horizons run over 500 sessions per year throughout Tasmania, with all sessions being about community inclusion, new friendships, fun and achieving personal goals!
