Payment on Completion, allows you to pay just a 5% deposit and nothing more until your new Wilson home is complete*. With Wilson Homes' payment on completion, your loan balance stays at 5% throughout construction. The remaining 95% is only required at Practical Completion. It's just another way we're making our home designs more affordable and accessible, so everyone can achieve their dream of owning a brand new home!

*The Payment on Completion Offer is applicable to Discovery & Designer range of homes only. The following criteria applies:
- The owner must pay an acceptance fee to Wilson Homes between 1 October and 31st December 2024.
- The owner must appoint Vie Finance & Insurance (ACL 522143) as their financial Broker.
- The owner must provide a letter from the owners financial lender confirming funding equal to the full amount of the contract or where funding is in part, the owner
must pay any remaining amount into a joint account with Wilson Homes, or into the trust account of Page Seager Lawyers. - The owner must provide this evidence of capacity to pay the contract price (criteria 3) within 10 working days of request by Wilson Homes and provide a written Authority to Commence Construction (ACC) from the customers lender within 10 working days of request.
- The owner must pay the first progress payment (the remainder of 5% of contract price) within 10 working days of execution of the contract.
- The owner must comply with all obligations of the contract and not cause a breach notice to be issued.
- An express term confirming that the Payment of Completion Offer applies is included in the signed Construction Contact.
For as long as the criteria above is met, Wilson Homes will not issue any further progress payment claims until Practical Completion is achieved.
