The Wilson Homes Black Friday Bonus promotion commences at 10am 18 November 2024 (AEDT) and concludes 11.59pm 17 December 2024, or until withdrawn by Wilson Homes (the promotion period).
The offer is subject to payment of the non-refundable acceptance fee of $3,000 within 14 days of tender issue, within the promotion period and a building agreement being entered into within 90 days from acceptance fee payment.
The offer is non-transferable or exchangeable, and it cannot be taken as cash. If a customer nominates to remove any item(s) of the promotion, no corresponding credit will be provided.
The Fisher & Paykel Black appliance collection includes no cost upgrade to black or stainless-steel appliances as detailed in the promotion material and in the building agreement. The Black Friday Bonus excludes Granny Flats, Multi residential developments and House & Land Packages. If for any reason the advertised offered items are no longer available to Wilson Homes, appliances of equal value will be substituted by Wilson Homes at its sole discretion. The details in the building agreement override any promotional material.
